Felix R. Alfelor Jr.
Felix Alfelor Jr. graduated his Bachelor of Law at the University of the Philippines, in 1959. Took up his Higher studies in Public Administration at the University of the Philippines in 1966, and his Master of Law at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, USA, in 1969.
Prior to becoming a Representative of the 4th District of Camarines Sur, Felix Alfelor Jr., became a stockholder of Peñafrancia Savings Bank, Camarines Sur, in 1966, and in 1960-1968, he became a legal counsel of Government Savings Insurance. Currently he is the Representative of 4th District of Camarines Sur to the 12th and 13th Congress .
