Kabayan Noli de Castro Visits Iriga City

Vice-president Noli "Kabayan" De Castro visited Madelaine Alfelor-Gazmen at the Iriga City Government Center on his way to a speaking engagement at the University of Northeastern Phillipines (UNEP) Commencement Rites.
VP De Castro ate breakfast with Mayor Madel, Congressman Felix "Nancing" Alfelor, Jr., City Councilors and the city's department heads. Kabayan expressed satisfaction with the breakfast fare which included native Spring Tilapia and "Tabios", also known locally as "Sinarapan", the smallest edible commercial fish in the world.
