A Message to my Fellow Bicolanos
(I personally wrote this short message and could be found in my leaflet entitled "The Platform of Governance of Felix "Nancing" Alfelor, Jr. for Camarines Sur.)
Shortly after I began my first term as Congressman of the Fourth District (now the Fifth District in the new reclassification), I have made it my own personal mission and crusade to help uplift the plight of my fellow Bicolanos, particularly those in the Rinconada area which form part of my general constituency.
Within the limits of the resources made available to me as its Congressman, I have embarked on various projects within the six municipalities and one city that comprise my district, with the urgency, passion and dedication to actualize this goal and make Rinconada as a blueprint for the economic and social development of Camarines Sur.
Onto the last months of my third consecutive term as Congressman ofr the Fourth District (now the Fifth in the new reclassification), an unprecedented mandate and honor that I now look back to with deep gratitude, I am pleased to report to my constituents, my fellow Bicolanos and my countrymen, that the projedts that I have undertaken in the last nine years have evolved into something more profound and meaningful, leaving deep imprints from which a more promising future may be cast.
As I respond to the call for higher office as Chief Executive of Camarines Sur, I present these projects with pride so that we may be able to contemplate and appreciate what great promise tomorrow may yet unfold for us. If this can happen in Rinconada, it may well happen in Camarines Sur!
